Scientific career paths

Scientific development is a challenge that faces everyone who wants to associate their life with science and at the same time it is a challenge for the University itself, affecting its future. It means not only acquiring more degrees, but above all a continuous, passionate and committed process of learning, discovering new areas and expanding one's horizons and competencies. Scientific development is, consequently, also a personal contribution to the development of a particular scientific discipline for the benefit of society. The Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, recognizing scientific development as one of its pillars, enables and facilitates first steps in science and gives space for experienced scientists to develop.
