A person interested in recognizing of his/her diploma need to submit all the required documents as originals or as notarial authenticated copies.
The documents should be translated into Polish by the sworn translator listed on the list issued by the Minister of Justice of Poland or authenticated by the competent consul of the Republic of Poland.
An applicant can submit the complete documentation in person or may send it by post to the following address:

The applicant is notified about next stages of the procedure by a separate email or by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
In case the Committee finds the application incomplete, the applicant is called upon to supplement the application within the deadline specified in the notification.
The fee in the amount of 4 685,00 PLN should be paid in 21 days after the complete application form has been submitted. Below you will find the detail information of the bank account the applicant has to pay to.

In case some programme differences between the systems of education, the Committee informs the applicant about necessity to fill them in, indicating their forms and deadlines. Lack of necessary learning outcomes and exams requires verification exams to be carried out according to the previously provided literature.
Exams in a form of a single choice tests are conducted through online system. The University does not share its database of questions.
ATTENTION! The exam is conducted in Polish.
The University confirms or denies recognition of degrees and diplomas obtained abroad as equal to Polish diploma or professional degree within 90 days of the date of the application that meets the formal requirements.
Time spent on provision of translated documentation, taking exams or completing clerkship is not included into the indicated deadline.
After the recognition procedure is completed the Committee issued the certificate attesting that the submitted diploma obtained abroad is equivalent to a Polish diploma (e.g. diploma of first-cycle/second-cycle/unified master studies), awarding certain Polish professional degree (e.g. bachelor, master, medical doctor, dentist).
In case of a negative review in regards to recognition of the diploma to be equivalent to Polish higher education diploma and professional degree the Rector issues a relevant negative decision.
