Term of the call for submissions: 5 May - 25 May 2026 (from 00:01 to 23:59)
At the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice an information platform - SENSUM - was implemented which ensures service of the process of foreign diplomas recognition (called “nostryfikacja”).
You need to:
Set up an account on the SENSUM platform available at https://sensum.sum.edu.pl
Create a full submission.
After accepting the submission send the generated application form along with appendices and attachments.
Make timely payment of the fee.
Check your electronic post and information about the status of the submission/application on an ongoing basis.
Be sure to familiarize with the By-laws of proceeding in case of recognizing foreign diplomas conducted by the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice as well as the list of required documents.
THE SUBMISSION MAY BE CREATED SOLELY IN THE COURSE OF AN OPEN CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
If you are not sure whether your diploma may be recognized, you can turn to NAWA (National Agency for Academic Exchange) to obtain a written information on the possibility of recognizing a foreign diploma. Obtaining the above information is free of charge.
