The Public Procurement Department is responsible for coordinating the University's procurement process in accordance to the Public Procurement Law, in particular for:
- preparation of public procurement plans and public procurement reports,
- Substantive and formal evaluation and verification of applications for launching a public procurement procedure,
- requesting the appointment of tender commissions and organizing and directing their work,
- Preparing full documentation necessary for the conduct of the procedure (announcements, specification of essential terms of the contract, contract proposal),
- Preparing a draft position of the University on the appeal filed,
- drafting internal legal acts in the field of Public Procurement Law,
- substantive assistance to the internal units of the University on the issue of public procurement.
