From 15 to 21 October 2023, Joanna Gola, MD, PhD, Professor SUM, Head of Department of Molecular Biology - Department of Molecular Biology Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Sosnowiec and Joanna Strzelczyk, Ph. Prof. SUM Head of the Chair and Department of Medical and Molecular Biology Faculty of Medical Sciences in Zabrze participated in a study visit to Erasmus University Rotterdam. The study visit was organised and conducted as part of the project entitled 'Leaders in university management', carried out as part of Priority Axis III of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development.
The purpose of the visit was to exchange experiences and to increase competences, both in research and education, between countries and different universities from Poland, thanks to learning about good practices in terms of: university consolidation, cooperation with the socio-economic environment, development of new educational methods and competences of students and academic staff, cooperation between universities and research institutes, internationalisation of universities, commercialisation of research results, university models, development of key competences of universities.
