- This is one of the most important events in the lives of our students. I'm glad that so many young people, but also SUM employees, showed up at the Rokitnica campus, the cradle of our university. I wish you a great time! - said during the event Prof. Jerzy Stojko, MD, Pro Rector for Student Affairs. The opening of the Medykalia was also attended by, among others, the mayor of Zabrze, Małgorzata Mańka-Szulik.
Before the concerts began, students also took part in a field game. The route included 10 points located in various places on and near the Zabrze-Rokitnica campus. At each of them, participants had to perform a specific task, such as hitting a target or carrying an injured person on a stretcher. All students also dressed up in colorful costumes.
