Prof. SUM, Head of the Department of Child Neurology, Justyna Paprocka, at the invitation of the European Medicines Agency (EMA), participated as a delegate of the European Academy of Neurology (EAN) and SUM in the ACT EU (Accelerating Clinical Trials in the European Union) workshop;" ACT EU methodology workshop" organised in Amsterdam on 23.11.2023.
The ACT EU initiative will support clinical trials in Europe through innovative regulatory, technological and process solutions at all stages. Seamless coordination between stakeholders, regulators and ethics committees will lead to greater cross-border cooperation. The result of the cooperation undertaken will be more effective clinical trials, benefiting patients and healthcare in Europe.
