At the Medical Simulation Center in Zabrze, the Inauguration of this year's edition of the High School Student University, operating at the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Zabrze and the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Katowice, took place.
This year we welcomed 50 high school students who plan to associate their future with our University. The ceremony was opened by Prof. dr. hab. n. med. and n. o zdr. Alicja Grzanka - Dean of WNMZ and Prof. dr. hab. n. med. i n. o zdr. Maciej Kazimierski - Vice Dean of the WNMK. The event was attended by Coordinator Urszula Blaszczyk, MD, PhD - WNMZ, and Agnieszka Kosowska, MD, WNMK.
The inaugural lecture was given by Professor Jadwiga Jośko-Ochojska, MD, PhD.
The meeting was an excellent opportunity to thank Prof. dr. hab. n. med. and n. o zdr. Jolanta Zalejska-Fiolka for the effort and work she has put into the past coordination of the High School University at the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Zabrze.
