We are pleased to announce that Dr. Kornelia Kuźnik-Trocha, M.D., research and teaching assistant professor at the Department of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Diagnostics, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Sosnowiec, Poland, has been awarded a grant worth PLN 49,500 in the MINIATURA 7 competition of the National Science Center for the implementation of a single scientific activity entitled. "Evaluation of changes in the plasma profile of proteoglycans released from the osteoarticular matrix in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis, in the course of treatment with etanercept". The project was submitted in the research area of life sciences.
The MINIATURE competition financially supports scientific activities for the preparation of a future research project planned for submission to NCN or other national or international competitions. Under it, funds can be used for preliminary research, pilot studies, queries, scientific internships, research trips or consulting trips. The competition is open to receive from PLN 5,000 to PLN 50,000.
